It was a pleasure to work with Hannah, a licensed therapist and trained doula, who was starting her own business. She needed help putting together a logo, basic brand, and website in order to launch. She wanted to avoid cliches (no lotuses or pregnant belly logos for her!), promote a calming feel with her brand, and she wanted it to have an outdoorsy feel, since that's a very important aspect of who she is. After exploring a few concepts, we chose to go with organic watercolor shapes and textures mixed with natural imagery. The brand color palette was inspired by Hubble telescope images of galaxies and nebulas.

The website was an interesting challenge, since she does two separate but related things (therapy and doula services), so organizing it in a way that would make it intuitive for visitors to find what they were looking for with the least amount of clicks was a fun puzzle to tackle!

Overall I think the website and brand came together beautifully, and we checked off all of her needs and wants for the brand: calm, nature, no cliches. Check, check, and check!
